Morgan G./Sinnock R. - 1919 - Struck Bronze Portrait Medal, 75mm, 222.0g.,

William G. McAdoo, Secretary of the Treasury in Wilson's War Cabinet was also Railroad Czar 1913-1919 as inscribed on the reverse. Abundantia with a cornucopia behind marching army of doughboys, ships, and Statue of Liberty.

Both Morgan and Sinnock were engravers at the U.S. Mint.   This medal is recorded as U.S. Mint 209.
