This piece is not mentioned in either Klose or 'The Art of Devistation'.  Some limited internet references to this design being used in creating Austrian military cap pins but in a much smaller size.  Only one other cast example reference could be found on-line.

A very nice dark brown patina with iridescence adjacent to many of the devices.
