Reverse: “O’ Germany high in honors.” In exergue “The enemies hateful revenge.”
Criticizing the clause in the Versailles Peace Treaty which demanded the trial of the former Kaiser and the extradition of German generals accused of violations of the laws and customs of war.
Tough to find this satirical example, especially in this condition!
