SALES POLICY

1) All purchase transactions are to be in U.S. dollars.

2) We use a secured Pay Pal payment portal where you can purchase your item(s) with credit card, Pay Pal account balance, bank debit card, bank direct account payment, or E-check. Pay Pal E-checks will delay shipping of your items.

3) Purchased items are 100% guaranteed.

4) Oregon has no sales tax so you will not be charged any taxes on your purchase.

RETURNS

1) If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days from receipt of arrival to return your item(s). All items have been photo documented and must be returned in the same condition.

2) Please contact us via our Contact Page PRIOR to return shipping so that we can provide you with our return address information and shipping suggestions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Material that is no longer in the same condition as originally sent is non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

1) Shipping to United States only! No forwarding service addresses will be allowed!

2) We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS).

3) Shipping costs are calculated at purchase via our shopping cart. Several shipping services are available for your choosing from USPS.

4) Insurance is mandatory. The calculated shipping total includes inclusive insurance based on parcel value.

5) A tracking number will be provided to the buyer once the parcel has been shipped.

DAMAGED PACKAGE

1) Before accepting and/or signing for your package upon its arrival, make sure to inspect the package to insure that it has not been damaged and still maintains its original integrity (no holes, gouges, rips, tears, openings, etc.). If the package is damaged you have the right to refuse it. If damage is evident, demand that the delivery person acknowledge the damage and document with their signature and a photo of the package BEFORE it’s return.

2) If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours using our contact form. Please save all packaging material as we must have these items in order to process a claim.
