1)    We ship with either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).  If you live outside the U.S. and/or you are ordering a large amount of material you might consider UPS exclusively as they provide real-time door to door parcel tracking which could alleviate any potential problems for the purchaser.

2)    Shipping costs are calculated at purchase via our shopping cart.  Several shipping services are available for your choosing through either UPS or USPS.

3)    Insurance is mandatory.  The calculated shipping total includes inclusive insurance based on parcel value.  Professional 3rd Party Shipping Insurance provided by Shipsurance.

4)   International customer parcels using UPS are sent with an additional “Required Signature” upon delivery.  We also reserve the right to demand a “Signature Confirmation” for U.S. customers who are new to our sales site.  We will notify you of such requirements after receiving your order and before shipping it to you. will bear the costs for these extra shipping services.

5)    A tracking number will be provided to the buyer once the parcel is shipped.  The customer can then track the movement of their package on-line.

6) is not responsible for international taxes, import fees, etc., for parcels shipped to destinations outside the U.S..  ALL required Customs Forms will document the full contents of each parcel and reflect its TRUE VALUE. Please do not ask us to circumvent Customs Regulations. 


1)    Before accepting and/or signing for your package when it arrives, make sure to inspect the package to insure that it has not been damaged and still maintains its original integrity (no holes, gouges, rips, tears, openings, etc.).  If the package is damaged you have the right to refuse it.  You may also have the UPS delivery person watch as you carefully open the package to ascertain if the contents have/have not been damaged.  If damage is evident, demand that the delivery person acknowledge the damage and document with their signature.

2)    If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at Please save all packaging material as we must have these items in order to process a claim.
